Pre-Purchase
 
The site can be used as an information resource whilst in your presale evaluation search, and secondly as an ordering aid.
 
 1. Firstly you will need to select your preferred copper sink

 2. Select the area you live so that we can calculate if there is any additional delivery charge

 3. Check that the information is correct. If it is click the “Get Quote” icon

 4. A quote will be sent to you.

 5. Once in reciept of yoru quote you can place order by phone, direct deposit or at one of our stores.

Lead Times
 
Coppersinks.com.au endeavours to have all products in stock at all times, our standard lead time for a metro area delivery is 5 working days, and to any area outside of zone 1 a 10 working day lead time should be accounted for.

In the unlikely event that an ordered product falls out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours and it will be determined as to weather you would like to place an order pending stock arrival or not, in out of stock situations no payment will be processed without prior consent from you the customer.
   
Q.C. Procedure
 
All sinks are checked by two people before final packaging, to make sure that there are no chips, cracks or casting imperfections, finally the sink is cleaned so that it is ready to use upon arrival. No product leaves our factories without passing our stringent in house Q.C procedure and being signed off by two people.

Packaging Process
 
We have established a methodology of packaging sinks that is now a proven, safe and reliable protective way to package your sink orders. The greatest care is taken to pack you sink order so that it reaches you in the condition it leaves our distribution depots, with each order taking an average of 15 minutes to pack, meaning that that no corners are cut, as we understand the importance of getting your product to you safely and on time.All sinks are individually box packed using bubble wrap, corrugated card board, and protective polystyrene, finally the boxed belfast sinks is strapped to a suitable pallet for transportation.
